Kanchenjunga Trek

Kanchenjunga lies east n part of Nepal between Sikkim.  This is the third highest mountain in the world. The foothills of  Kanchenjunga have been open to trekkers since 1988 before the 195 British team has summit.The Kanchenjunga area is the home of the limbu people , who speak a language related with Tibetan and follow a mixture of Buddhist, Hindu and animist beliefs.
It is a organized camping trek and less crowds trails then Everest and Annapurna there are two routes to get to Kanchenjunga base camp . The trek to south base camp start from airstrip to suketar (near taplejung) and taking two week get Yalung Glacier . The North base camp takes three week with crossing the Lapsang La pass (5160m)
